Due to the unique and custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or returns on any of our products sold in our Shop.
If your item is damaged during shipping or you have questions or concerns about your products, please contact juffman@wavefoundation.org
For issues with Dashery merchandise, please refer to Dashery’s Refunds & Returns policy at the bottom of their web page. Dashery is a third-party hosting site and WAVE Foundation is not responsible for the policies of this site.
Tax Deductible Purchases
The WAVE Foundation is a nonprofit, tax-exempt charitable organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
If a portion of your purchase is tax-deductible, it will be noted in a gift acknowledgement letter shipped with your item. Please contact your tax advisor if you have questions.

Animal Artwork Delays
The WAVE Foundation and Newport Aquarium adhere to strict animal care standards set by the Association of Zoos and Aquariums (AZA).
All animal artwork is created with the safety and comfort of the animal in mind. It is conducted and supervised by trained animal handlers in a safe and ethical manner.
If conditions are unsafe or uncomfortable for our animals (such as penguins molting or nesting) there may be delays in ordering & shipping of animal artwork. In such case, WAVE Foundation will reach out to anyone who will experience a delay in purchase directly. If you have questions about a delay in your Animal Artwork purchase, please contact juffman@wavefoundation.org.
