WAVE Foundation’s website uses security measures to protect individual Users’ information and privacy. We will never share or sell your information to third-parties without granted permission or under order by a court of law.
Use of Information
WAVE Foundation collects and keeps personal information given voluntarily by our Users. We do not require personal information to gain access to our Site. However, certain features of the Site do require Users to provide personal information to use, such as our Shop.
WAVE Foundation uses secure and safe measures to take credit card and payment information to ensure this sensitive information is kept safe during the transaction. We do not keep or store any credit card or payment information beyond a completed transaction.
WAVE Foundation may ask for your name, address, phone number or email in certain features on the Site. These are given voluntarily by Users. We may keep this information for future marketing purposes that the User may opt out of at any time.

WAVE Foundation works in partnership with many organizations, both nonprofit and for-profit. When following a link away from the Site, the User is subject to that website’s Privacy Policy. WAVE Foundation is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party sites.
Minor Safety
WAVE Foundation is committed to the safety of minors, both in our classrooms and online.
The use of photos and videos of minors on the Site were taken and used with express permission by the minor’s guardian. If you believe there is a photo or video of a minor being used without permission, please contact wave@wavefoundation.org.
