Crop for Conservation

Attention Scrapbookers! 

penguinJoin WAVE Foundation for our 10th Annual Crop for Conservation Fundraiser and help raise funds for our conservation and education programs by spending the weekend scrapbooking/crafting with friends and shopping with local vendors. Registration includes one six foot space, raffle tickets, door prizes, live animal encounters, dinner on Friday; breakfast, lunch and dinner on Saturday; and lunch on Sunday.


WHEN: Friday, January 21 (1PM-12AM); Saturday, January 22 (9AM-12AM); Sunday, January 23 (9AM-5PM)

WHERE: Holiday Inn Cincinnati Airport – 1717 Airport Exchange Blvd. Erlanger KY 41018 PH: 859-371-2233

COST: $175 for all three days ($200 after December 1, 2021)

(Registration for individual days will be available after January 1st (if space remains)

Safety: If you have joined over the past 10 years of this event, Crop for Conservation might look a bit different this year given the many impacts of the current COVID-19 pandemic. The event may host a smaller group of attendees. Due to the increase in COVID-19 in the area, masks will be required regardless of vaccination status and all attendees will be required to sign a COVID-19 waiver.

If we are full, please email Julie Uffman at and asked to be placed on the wait list. We typically will have some seats become available closer to the event!
